UAE Engineering Excellence Award 2026
We are honoured to announce that DAS International has been awarded the UAE Engineering Excellence Award 2026 in the Multidisciplinary Consultancy category. Presented at the annual UAE Society of Engineers gala in Abu Dhabi, this prestigious recognition highlights our commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction across more than 2,000 projects delivered to date. The award committee recognised our integrated approach combining BIM, sustainable design, and multi-discipline coordination as a benchmark for the industry.
BIM Innovation at the Middle East BIM Summit
Our BIM team showcased cutting-edge workflows at the Middle East BIM Summit 2026 held in Dubai World Trade Centre. The presentation, titled "Federated BIM Models for Complex Oil & Gas Facilities," demonstrated how DAS International leverages clash detection, 4D scheduling, and digital twin technology to reduce project delivery timelines by up to 20%. The session attracted significant interest from developers, contractors, and fellow consultants across the GCC region.
New Oil & Gas Project with Petrofac
We are pleased to announce the signing of a new multi-year engineering services agreement with Petrofac for detailed design and FEED services on a downstream processing facility in Ruwais Industrial City. The scope encompasses process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and civil engineering disciplines. This engagement strengthens our position as a leading oil & gas engineering consultant in the UAE and builds on our proven track record with major EPC contractors.
Employee Spotlight: Senior Team Achievements
This month we celebrate the achievements of several senior team members. Our Head of Structural Engineering obtained Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with the Institution of Structural Engineers, UK. Two of our MEP leads completed LEED AP BD+C certification, and our Process Engineering Manager was invited to join the Abu Dhabi Quality & Conformity Council technical panel. These individual accomplishments reflect the culture of continuous professional development that defines DAS International.
